Changing the Talent Acquisition Equation

I was brought in for an interview a few weeks ago. I LOVE these people. They tell you as it is, no hype or dead end promises. I landed the job I’ve always wanted, it wasn’t with AH, but the team helped me figure out what I really wanted to do and gave me leads of companies hiring in the area. I went for an interview and landed the job. I would recommend them. They really care about you as a person.

I was conceded by AH for an position they posted on Indeed. I arrived and had the similar experience as a few others, was offered coffee, and the staff was very friendly. They were a little busy when I arrived, but they invited me to sit down and have a cup of coffee. The lady in the front office came out, and I spoke with her. You know, this is the first time I have ever had someone actually talk to me in an interview. It was refreshing. Like they cared. I read all the reviews before visiting, and thought well, ‘what do I have to loose’? The answer is NOTHING.

I got a good job, pays well, and raises set up over the next 6 months.

My experience was great. I can only guess some people just have to be negative. NOT ME! THANKS AH. You guys ROCK!!!

The first word that comes to mind when talking about AH Companies is respect. Every person you talk to here is the definition of respectful and is a pleasure to speak with.

This is an incredible company with an even greater vision. They have each person’s best interest in mind and get to know who you are and what you are looking for in order to find the perfect fit for both you and their clients.

If you are looking for a long term position in which you will enjoy working at then this is the place to go.

Robin is a person of her word, respectful, and good at what she does. She does not play games, is very direct, and does not keep you guessing. She will put a lot of effort into making sure that you are successful wherever you go.

I recommend that anyone who is looking for long term success and happiness in your place of employment to go through AH Companies.

I applied for a position through them on Indeed and got a response within hours. They got me in for an interview, did the drug test, and background check on site, and I started next day. I was contacted later and told the position had been put on hold, but the woman who started AH contacted me immediately and got me placed in a position that she felt was better fit for me anyway, and paid more. I started the next day and she was exactly right! I love it!! Best experience I’ve ever had in the office and with job placement.

This is truly a place built upon what matters… and that’s people. This isn’t a cookie cutter, burn and turn agency. The goal is to find the right fit for everyone to support and ensure success. I found a job thru AH within 45 min of walking in the door! Good pay and hired on after 60 days. The staff is really nice and helpful in finding you a job that works with your schedule and your experience.

This place is absolutely the best and the people are very nice, respectful, and very helpful in finding you a job. Mrs Robin is the real deal and gets right to the point. She keeps real on all levels. If you need a good job and want to work for a good company AH is the way to go. Thanks to the whole staff.
